Arlington Orchards, PEI - U-Pick and Farm Market

	Paula Red Solid red blush over a yellow background. Excellent slightly tart flavour. The creamy white flesh is non-browning like Cortland and is perfect in salads. It is a very good cooking apple (good for pies) and has a long storage life for a summer apple.
	Clapps Favourite An old-time pear of above average quality. Great for fresh eating and canning.
	Hume Red blush over a yellow background. Bruises easily. Flesh is soft, juicy and good for eating. Also good for pies.
	Lobo A large, lopsided globular apple with smooth deep red skin, splashed with white pin dots. Very tasty eaten fresh and excellent for pies and sauces.
	Damson A small, blue oval plum. Medium quality eating, but outstanding for culinary use.
	Montroyal A european Blue type plum. Medium sized round fruit. Flesh is golden and not stone-free. Can be sweet.
	PEI Plum A naturalized European plum . This is most likely the one that grew on the family homestead. Blue skinned medium sized plum. Flesh is golden and not stone-free. Still prized for its culinary use. Sometimes referred to as a "Damson" which it is not.
