Paula Red Solid red blush over a yellow background. Excellent slightly tart flavour. The creamy white flesh is non-browning like Cortland and is perfect in salads. It is a very good cooking apple (good for pies) and has a long storage life for a summer apple. |

Clapps Favourite An old-time pear of above average quality. Great for fresh eating and canning. |

PEI Plum A naturalized European plum . This is most likely the one that grew on the family homestead. Blue skinned medium sized plum. Flesh is golden and not stone-free. Still prized for its culinary use. Sometimes referred to as a "Damson" which it is not. |
