Golden Russets Apples are a golden colour with a bronze blush. heavily if not entirely russetted. Inside the rough exterior is a melting flesh, yelowish, fine grained, crisp, juicy and aromatic. It is so sugary that the juice becomes sticky. A superior quality apple for eating fresh or making cider. Poor cooking apple. |
