	Macoun A very dark red apple. Richly flavoured, crisp and aromatic flesh. A high quality dessert apple. Also good for pies and sauces.
	Spartan Almost completely red apple. Firm, crisp and juicy, with a zesty blend of tart and sweet. Great eating apple and good in salads and desserts.
	Golden Russets Apples are a golden colour with a bronze blush. heavily if not entirely russetted. Inside the rough exterior is a melting flesh, yelowish, fine grained, crisp, juicy and aromatic. It is so sugary that the juice becomes sticky. A superior quality apple for eating fresh or making cider. Poor cooking apple.
